The fact that we are repeat customers should say something! 20 The Barons is a true home from home experience. We have stayed in the 2 bed apartment for 3 months and it has really helped us make a smooth transition to the UK after 10 years away. It is super homely and it is extremely well equipped. The decor is gorgeous. The staff have been amazing an extremely professional. We are truly sad to be leaving this apartment and would recommend to any friends of family who need accommodation in London. It has great transport link and is super close to beautiful Richmond. They have been some really thoughtful personal touches which really enhance our guest experience. We have done a lot is travelling and this place is very unique in giving you the homely warm feeling which is very rare in serviced apartments. Ali - great to meet you yesterday! I just wanted to pass on a note that the Crescent is absolutely fabulous.I also really appreciated the welcome basket of food items which came in very handy late last night as I was unpacking. I’m really going to have a hard time moving out of here when I’m supposed to move to #9. The Crescent beautifully decorated and well taken care of. Thank you!

I cannot fault this accommodation. Ali has been both very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is very stylishly furnished and everything you need is there. I am an extremely fussy and particular person so it takes a lot for me to be completely happy with where I stay. I hope to be back again.

This apartment, in a lovely old house in St Margarets near Richmond, has all you could ever need in a home from home. If you want luxury but not an actual hotel, then you couldn't ask for more! Not only is it beautifully appointed and decorated (bed linen to die for), they also leave you some goodies for your arrival...

We stayed in Hill View Loft Studio and just loved it, very comfortable and stylishly furnished, with a cute balcony complete with gorgeous views of Richmond Hill! The house is fabulous, fully modernised but still retaining plenty of period features. Ali was so helpful, supplying us with everything we needed and more! Will definitely be back!
