Eat: The Penthouse provides both a bespoke designer kitchen and a micro kitchen in the loft, so that your family or group can cook and dine together or independently. The downstairs kitchen is fully equipped with hi-spec appliances, including fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee-machine and dishwasher, plus stylish white crockery, gleaming kitchenware and music dock. The kitchen above has full cooking facilities with dishwasher and microwave. The choice of dining on a private rooftop terrace or in the large kitchen below is entirely yours. Both floors have washer-dryers, irons and airers.
Sleep: On the lower floor, there are two exceptional bedrooms: one with a super king-size bed, one with a twin that converts to a large double. Upstairs, the loft studio features a cosy sleeping area with a king-size bed. Both rooms combine elegant styling with luxury bedding and handmade curtains. Practical touches include blackout blinds, full-length mirrors and bespoke wardrobe units.
Freshen up: Timeless design, top-quality fittings and luxury toiletries turn the main bathroom into a pampering retreat. Step into the classic porcelain-tiled room to find a walk-in rain shower and separate slipper bath. On the floor above is a second bathroom with a power shower and views of the roof! Fluffy white towels and bathrobes guarantee that your day begins and ends in complete comfort.

We moved our life from Holland back to the UK.
Temporary places are usually exactly that, but we stayed here for 1 month and it felt like home immediately.
The team were able to accommodate us with our 2 small dogs, we had a welcome pack with fresh bread, milk and other goodies – everything we needed.
While there the team were so helpful. Keeping the place clean as well as being on hand if we needed an extra chair or bedding for our visitors.
Full TV and internet made coming back and adjusting to UK life easy.
We even had a little bit of sunshine to enjoy the garden…
I would highly recommend this place.
Our experience here helped us to relax and fall in love with the area, so much that we found our new house in the same area.

Our family of four needed somewhere to stay whilst visiting the UK. The accommodation is so comfortable, tasteful and luxurious and has everything you need. The location is in the heart of St Margarets village, where there are restaurants, pubs and shops, good transport links and it’s only a short stroll to Richmond town centre. We have just spent a too short stay at 20 The Barons and want to tell you it is really wonderful. Our Arlington Suite was spacious, light, beautifully furnished and equipped and, of course, spotlessly clean. Total living luxury – with London on our doorstep. St Margarets itself is lively, the station moments away, Richmond a short walk and many of the most interesting bits of London all around. Treat yourself. It is really wonderful.

Excellent “home from home” for temporary accommodation, supported by a great team
The Barons are beautifully decorated, thoughtfully equipped with top notch appliances and kitchen gadgets and make the upheaval of being in temp accommodation a very small burden indeed. With full cable tv, lots of nice little extras and a great team to help you get settled and live well, i couldn’t fault this as a temporary apartment. Minutes to St Margarets station or a short walk over Richmond bridge to the bright lights of Richmond, it is ideally located. Ali the housekeeper personally welcomed me, helped out when I had minor domestic emergencies and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Top place, highly recommend it. Fiona N
