Thanks so much for doing our shopping before we arrived – it made a huge difference to our Red Eye arrival! We love The Egerton. So much space and the kids love the big garden out back. Day one we walked to Richmond along the river – what a change to Alaska! M Morris
My family and I ended up moving to London from the States and wanted a place we could call home for a few months while we got our bearings. The flat was furnished with high end amenities, appliances and furniture, it was beautifully maintained, and it was centrally located. It was perfect.
The service was incredible too. For example, the wifi signal was giving me trouble and zoom wasn’t working, and before you know it we had a brand new, top of the line wifi system installed AND a direct hard line from the router to the room. Wow. Problem solved and then some. That’s what I call service.
I’ve since moved to a new location but my family and I will forever have fond memories of the time we lived at the flat managed by 20 The Barons. CMG
