Sleep: Latchmere House sleeps 4+ people. It has two modern luxe bedrooms (ensuite), which both offer ample storage solutions, including a walk in wardrobe, and superbly comfortable beds: super king bed in the master bedroom and super king or twin in the second bedroom. Crisp-white linen, the finest bedding and beautiful blackout window dressings guarantee a sense of luxury and a great night’s sleep. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for those occasions when your dinner party guest just can’t leave.
Relax: It’s hard to adequately describe the stunning lounge and dining area. Imagine views to the leafy common land and Richmond park and a cascade of natural light from the stunning bay windows that are the focus of the room. The double height beamed vault ceiling adds an architectural/warehouse feel to the room and combined with the wonderful light makes this room very special. The modern but elegant furniture makes the room ultimately comfortable and combines a soft neutral colour palette with some traditional and subtle accents. Hi-speed WiFi and a BT package with a Samsung 60 Inch screen TV provide for all your entertainment and communication needs. There are also TVs in both bedrooms.
Eat: The stylish kitchen has been designed for every catering consideration. High end integrated appliances include a fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, wine fridge and coffee machine, with enough kitchenware to keep every cook content. Stylish tableware and glassware and a large country style dining table and chairs from the luxury brand Neptune ensure that you can entertain for a generous dinner party or feed a family.
Refresh: Latchmere House has 3 stunning bathrooms, two en-suite, finished with porcelain tiles and fitted with high spec’ showers and a beautiful bath as well as one generous cloakroom. All three are high quality and beautiful. A utility room/boot room with the washer/drier and laundry accessories is a clutter-buster.
Explore: This fabulous apartment has an incomparable and enviable location. Set in a house of historical importance, with Richmond park on your doorstep this is a unique accommodation. The shopping/travel and dining hubs of Richmond and Kingston are within a couple of miles each way. You can reach Waterloo in 20 minutes and Victoria in 32 minutes from Richmond or Kingston. By car the A3, M3, M4 and M25 give easy access to Heathrow and the Southwest. The apartment is surrounded by some desirable state and independent schools, royal Richmond Park the local village of Petersham.

Have enjoyed my time at Latchmere very much. Appreciated the proximity to Richmond Park and enjoyed using my bike every day. The apartment was so comfortable that it was hard to push myself to go out in the evenings! My girlfriend loved the shops in Kingston and Richmond and we’ll both miss Magda doing our ironing when we move into our new home. Thanks for making everything so easy. George B
